BRIEF DESCRIPTION
MAPS’s overall objective is to contribute to improve research on migration and forced displacement dynamics in the Sub-Saharan Region, rooting policy-making on evidence-based knowledge.
Territorial Scope includes 10 Sub-Saharan countries:

Analytical framework > Knowledge gaps on migration & forced displacement situations are assessed in Sub-Saharan Africa

Original Research Activities > Evidence-based knowledge is produced on relevant & emerging topics on migration and forced displacement
Leveraging cultural dialogue > Spaces for multi-stakeholder dialogue, discussion, and knowledge sharing are championed on relevant topics
Raising awareness and disseminating > Initiatives and mechanisms are put in place to continuously increase awareness and facilitate the dissemination of information / practices / lessons learnt among key stakeholders
