TEMA: il webinar sarà introdotto da Michela Semprebon e Gianfranco Bonesso che presenteranno l’attività di ricerca svolta nell’ambito del progetto INSigHT con focus specifico sul tema della mediazione linguistico-culturale nei progetti anti-tratta. Seguirà una riflessione, da parte di Devisri Nambiar, sulla formazione ai mediatori linguistico-culturali attivi nella rete anti-tratta N.A.Ve (ora N.A.V.I.G.A.Re) realizzata sempre nell’ambito del progetto INSigHT. Lorenzo Luatti porterà la sua lunga esperienza nel campo della mediazione per arricchire la riflessione sul tema della mediazione più in generale, le opportunità e le sfide per il futuro. Parteciperanno alla discussione i mediatori e le mediatrici di N.A.Ve che hanno partecipato e collaborato nel progetto INSigHT. THEME: the webinar will be introduced by Michela Semprebon and Gianfranco Bonesso that will present the research activity carried out in the context of the INSigHT Action with specific focus on cultural-linguistic mediation within anti-trafficking projects. Some reflections will then be brought by Devisri Nambiar on the training for cultural-linguistic mediators of the anti-trafficking network N.A.Ve (now N.A.V.I.G.A.Re), carried out as part of the INSigHT Action too. Lorenzo Luatti, based on his long-term experience on mediation, will enrich the discussion with reflections on the theme of mediation, the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead for the future. The cultural-linguistic mediators of N.A.Ve who participated and contributed to the INSigHT Action. The INSigHT Action has the main aim to increase the capacity of key local stakeholders in the Veneto Region (Italy), Edo State and Lagos (Nigeria) and Stockholm (Sweden) to tackle human trafficking and to deal with its evolving dynamics, trends, forms and modus operandi, with specific attention to women and girls, while promoting knowledge-based policy making in the respective countries and reinforcing transnational cooperation. This series of webinars has the main goal of sharing the findings that have been emerging from the research conducted by the INSigHT Action Research Team and to continue contributing to the debate in collaboration with researchers, operators, law enforcement agencies, lawyers, policy-makers, cultural-linguistic operators and all relevant actors.
